Hole 5 – Pippin Barn, Par 4

A cracking hole, slightly dog-leg right and one of the most difficult on the front nine, especially when the wind blows against, which it usually does.

With trouble on the right, including a fairway bunker, and out of bounds on the left, a good straight tee shot is required to leave a clear sight at another devilishly tricky green.

A pond just to the left of the putting surface adds another dimension to what was already a testing challenge.
