The bar is open seven days a week with Food now available from Penleys, who provide the catering at the Golf Club.
Richmond Golf Club has a reputation for its friendly, relaxed atmosphere and there is no better way to sample it than over a meal and a drink in with a sun lounge overlooking the 18th green.
One of the best places to eat in Richmond, we serve everything from snacks in the bar to three-course meals in our restaurant, including Sunday lunches and afternoon teas.
Bar Opening Times
The bar is open for members of the general public and visitors as well as members, and can be booked for private hire for special occasions.
Current Opening Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday – Bar Closes 7pm
Tuesday & Friday – Bar Closes 9pm
The clubhouse closes 30 minutes after the bar closing.
Please note these hours are subject to change due to functions / social events or pre-booked arrangements.
Penleys at Richmond (Yorks) Golf Club
Penleys have been serving delicious freshly made food since 2007 and established their current base at the golf club in spring 2023.
The menu includes a wide selection of dishes, perfect for breakfast, a hearty lunch as well as light bites like our famous toasted paninis. Plus don’t miss the value for money Sunday lunches.
The clubhouse is open to non-members and also welcomes dogs in the lounge area or on the outsider terrace overlooking the 18th green.
Penleys also offer a takeaway service, perfect if you are in a hurry and need to eat on the go or you would prefer to take a walk around one of the many stunning viewpoints in Richmond.
