Richmond Golf Club Named In Most Improved Golf Courses

Richmond Golf Club has been ranked as one of the most improved golf courses in the UK.

In an article produced by leading golf review site GolfShake, Richmond GC was one of 36 golf courses who were named most improved from 2023.

Golfshake compared reviews from golfers in 2021 with those from players who played in 2023 and the overall scores mean Richmond made the top 10 in the country in the most improved category.

Richmond earned 5 out of 5 in GolfShake’s review scoring system, up from 3.5 in 2021.

Richmond joins Blacknest Golf Club, Langlands Golf Club, Southwell Golf Club, Sunningdale Heath Golf Club, Warwick Golf Centre, Brierley Forest Golf Club, Wells Golf Club, Hagley Golf & Country Club, Whitefield Golf Club, Bull Bay Golf Club, Nelson Golf Club, Shrigley Hall Golf & Country Club, Solent Meads Golf Centre, Sonning Golf Club, The Duke’s St Andrews, Fiddlers Ferry Golf Club, Tilsworth Golf Centre, Woolley Park Golf Club, Market Harborough Golf Club, Ruddington Grange Golf Club, The Bristol Golf Club, Isle of Purbeck Golf Club, Blackpool North Shore Golf Club, Carnwath Golf Club, Halifax Golf Club, Insch Golf Club, Leeds Golf Club, Lytham Green Drive Golf Club, Pitlochry Golf Club, Pontefract & District Golf Club, Seaham Golf Club, Shirley Golf Club, Toft Hotel Golf Club, Wath Golf Club, Formby Ladies Golf Club in the top 36.
