There have always been many great reasons to play golf at Richmond and with improvements made both on and off the course every year, these days there are even more.


Some changes, like new tees and bunkers, are quite obvious, but Head Greenkeeper Anthony McGeough and his team are forever making subtle modifications to every hole as they constantly strive to further upgrade all areas of the course.


Richmond’s extensive practise facilities (which include a three-acre range) have now been improved further by the development of an impressive three-hole Par 3 Junior/Beginner Academy to the left of the 5th fairway, a brilliant environment for budding Rory McIlroys and Lexi Thompsons to have fun and learn the basics under the expert eyes of our Head Professional, Dan Hood.
